Lead Remediation

The Client contacted EASE for lead abatement services on the ceiling a local military base theater. This job was especially complex due to the need to remove, protect, and reinstall all the seating for the project. It took an extensive amount of containment to protect all the surfaces not receiving abatement. After abatement, a three-coat system was applied to the ceiling. A growth in the contract occurred while we had all the seating removed to apply a three-coat system to the flooring before the reinstallation of the seating. EASE completed this contract ahead of schedule even with the growth and shortly after, all the base personnel and their families were able to enjoy their newly renovated theater.
